Periodic surveys of child workers are also conducted in order to determine whether they are subjected to any ill-treatment and children are protected in the workplace if the fundamental rights set out in the Labour Code and the Children's Rights Act are denied to them. Social protection institutions, the Ministry of Health and NGOs work in coordination to deliver mental health services to victims of ill-treatment and neglect.
