In addition, in paragraph 155 of the same resolution the Assembly requested the Secretary-General, through the High-level Committee on Management and UNDG, to present plans for the establishment of common support services at the country, regional and headquarters levels, based on unified regulations and rules, policies and procedures in all functional areas of business operations with a view to implementation by 2016.
