Based on the information mentioned above, it is obvious that the Special Rapporteur has exceeded his mandate and the code of Conduct for Special Procedures Mandate-holders of the Human Rights Council by interfering in Myanmar's domestic politics and also prejudging the upcoming election from a negative perspective.
11 - استنادا إلى المعلومات الواردة أعلاه، يتضح أن المقرر الخاص قد تجاوز حدود ولايته وما جاء في مدونة قواعد السلوك للمكلفين بولايات في إطار الإجراءات الخاصة لمجلس حقوق الإنسان، بتدخله في الشؤون السياسية الداخلية لميانمار، وأيضا بالحكم مُسبقا على الانتخابات المقبلة من منظور سلبي.

Lastly, it hoped that the Code of Conduct for Special Procedures Mandate-holders of the Human Rights Council would improve the impartiality, objectivity and accountability of mandate holders.
