٢٠ - وثقافة المشاورات والتعاون الجديدة هذه التي أخذت جذورها تقوى في نطاق المنظومة، وهذا التأكيد على " الشراكات " في عملية اﻹصلاح التي تجري في معظم الوكالات، وهذا الشعور المتجدد " بالملكية " داخل اللجنة، تعزز إلى درجة كبيرة فرص اتخاذ اﻹجراءات المشتركة في أنحاء المنظومة وتؤدي إلى تنامي عدد المبادرات القائمة على التضافر.

The Conference also notes with satisfaction that in accordance with Article 13 of Amended Protocol II, eight Annual Conferences of High Contracting Parties were held for the purpose of consultations and cooperation on all issues related to Amended Protocol II.
ويلاحظ المؤتمر أيضاً بارتياح بأنه طبقاً لأحكام المادة 13 من البروتوكول الثاني المعدل، عُقدت ثمانية مؤتمرات سنوية للأطراف المتعاقدة السامية لأغراض التشاور والتعاون في جميع القضايا المتصلة بالبروتوكول الثاني المعدل.

7. The Conference further acknowledges that, in accordance with Article 10 of Protocol V, five Conferences of the High Contracting Parties have been held for the purpose of consultations and cooperation on all issues related to the operation of Protocol V.
7- ويقدر المؤتمر كذلك أنه وفقاً لأحكام المادة 10 من البروتوكول الخامس، عُقدت خمسة مؤتمرات للأطراف المتعاقدة السامية لغرض التشاور والتعاون في جميع القضايا المتصلة بسير العمل بالبروتوكول الخامس.

The Conference also notes with satisfaction that, in accordance with Article 13 of Amended Protocol II, twelve Annual Conferences of the High Contracting Parties have been held for the purpose of consultations and cooperation on all issues related to Amended Protocol II.

Welcoming further the holding, on 18 June 2007, of the meeting of the Preparatory Committee for the First Conference of the States Parties to Protocol V to be held on 5 November 2007 in Geneva for the purpose of consultations and cooperation on all issues related to the operation of the Protocol,
وإذ ترحب كذلك بعقد اجتماع في 18 حزيران/يونيه 2007 للجنة التحضيرية للمؤتمر الأول للدول الأطراف في البروتوكول الخامس المقرر عقده في جنيف في 5 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2007 من أجل التشاور والتعاون فيما يتصل بجميع المسائل المتعلقة بتنفيذ البروتوكول،

6. On the issue of the effectiveness of the mechanism of consultations and cooperation established under Article 13 of the CCW Amended Protocol II, an overwhelming majority of the respondents considered that the frequency of holding the conferences of the High Contracting Parties on an annual basis is an adequate time frame.
6- فيما يخص قضية فعالية آلية التشاور والتعاون المنشأة بمقتضى المادة 13 من البروتوكول الثاني المعدل للاتفاقية، رأت أغلبية ساحقة من الردود الواردة أن التواتر المتوخى في عقد مؤتمرات الأطراف المتعاقدة السامية على أساس سنوي يعتبر إطاراً زمنياً ملائماً.

10. The Conference notes with satisfaction that, in accordance with Article 13 of Amended Protocol II, thirteen Annual Conferences of the High Contracting Parties have been held for the purpose of consultations and cooperation on all issues related to Amended Protocol II.
10- ويلاحظ المؤتمر بارتياح أنه، وفقاً للمادة 13 من البروتوكول الثاني المعدل، عُقد ثلاثة عشر مؤتمراً سنوياً للأطراف المتعاقدة السامية لغرض التشاور والتعاون بشأن جميع القضايا المتصلة بالبروتوكول الثاني المعدل.
