4 - تعدل القاعدة 107/2، السفر الرسمي لأفراد الأسرة - المكاتب الدائمة، بحيث تنص على جواز سفر أفراد الأسرة المستحقين لأسباب تتعلق بالسلامة، إضافة إلى الأسباب المتعلقة بالأمن.

The flexibility will enable the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda to arrange for unaccompanied shipment or pay the relocation grant offered as an option to unaccompanied shipment, and to arrange for repatriation travel of eligible family members, in advance of the date of separation of staff whose post will be abolished.

The conditions in rule 207.9 shall govern the travel of eligible family members on change of official duty station of project personnel.

(b) Travel of eligible family members shall be in conjunction with the approved home leave of project personnel, provided that exceptions may be granted if the exigencies of service or other special circumstances prevent the project personnel and their family members from travelling together.
(ب) يكون سفر أفراد الأسرة المستحقين متزامنا مع إجازة زيارة الوطن المعتمدة لموظف المشاريع، على أن يسمح باستثناءات إذا حالت مقتضيات العمل أو ظروف خاصة أخرى دون سفر الموظف وأفراد أسرته معا.

(j) Travel of eligible family members shall be in conjunction with the approved home leave of the staff member, provided that exceptions may be granted if the exigencies of the service or other special circumstances prevent the staff member and his or her family members from travelling together.

(d) The United Nations shall pay the travel expenses of eligible family members as defined under paragraph (a) above of a staff member holding a fixed-term or continuing appointment, subject to conditions established by the Secretary-General, under the following circumstances:
(د) تدفع الأمم المتحدة، على النحو المحدد في الفقرة (أ) أعلاه ورهنا بالشروط التي يضعها الأمين العام، مصاريف سفر أفراد الأسرة المستحقين للموظف المعين تعيينا محدد المدة أو تعيينا مستمرا، ، وذلك في الأحوال التالية:

(d) The United Nations shall pay the travel expenses of eligible family members as defined under paragraph (a) above of a staff member holding a fixed term or continuing appointment, subject to conditions established by the Secretary-General, under the following circumstances:
(د) تدفع الأمم المتحدة، على النحو المحدد في الفقرة (أ) أعلاه ورهنا بالشروط التي يضعها الأمين العام، مصاريف سفر أفراد الأسرة المستحقين للموظف المعين تعيينا محدد المدة أو تعيينا مستمرا، ، وذلك في الأحوال التالية:

16. In rule 7.2, Official travel of eligible family members, subparagraph (c) was amended to make clear that the Organization will not install eligible family members in, or pay for their travel to, non-family duty stations.
16 - وفي القاعدة 7-2، المعنونة " السفر الرسمي لأفراد الأسرة المستحقين " ، عُدلت الفقرة الفرعية (ج) لتوضيح أن المنظمة لن تتكفل بنقل أفراد الأسرة المستحقين أو دفع نفقات سفرهم إلى مراكز العمل التي لا يسمح فيها باصطحاب الأسر.
