وتنص المادة 30، على وجه التحديد، على أن " لكل طفل من أطفال العامل المهاجر الحق الأساسي في الحصول على التعليم على أساس المساواة في المعاملة مع رعايا الدولة المعنية " .

69. Article 27, paragraph 2, states that where the applicable legislation does not allow migrant workers and members of their families a benefit, the State party concerned shall examine the possibility of reimbursing them the amount of contributions made by them with respect to that benefit on the basis of equality of treatment with nationals.
69- وتنص الفقرة 2 من المادة 27 على أنه في الحالات التي لا يسمح فيها التشريع المنطبق للعمال المهاجرين وأفراد أسرهم بالحصول على استحقاق ما، تنظر الدولة الطرف المعنية في إمكانية أن يُدفع لهم مقدار الاشتراكات التي أسهموا بها فيما يتعلق بهذا الاستحقاق، على أساس المساواة في المعاملة مع المواطنين.

73. The Committee considers that access to urgent medical care must be ensured to all migrant workers on the basis of equality of treatment with nationals and thus on a non-discriminatory basis.
73- وترى اللجنة أنه يجب تأمين الحصول على الرعاية الطبية العاجلة لجميع العمال المهاجرين على أساس المساواة في المعاملة مع المواطنين، ومن ثم على أساس غير تمييزي.

34. The Committee recommends that the State party take all necessary measures to ensure that children of migrant workers in an irregular situation have access to education on the basis of equality of treatment with nationals of the State party.
34- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف باتخاذ جميع التدابير اللازمة لضمان حصول أطفال العمال المهاجرين غير الرسميين على التعليم على أساس المساواة في المعاملة مع رعايا الدولة الطرف.
