12- وطلب إلى الأونكتاد في خطة عمل بانكوك جملة أمور منها أن يحلل جميع جوانب الاتفاقات الدولية القائمة ذات الصلة بنقل التكنولوجيا (خطة العمل (TD/390)، الفقرة 117)، وأن يدرس وينشر على نطاق واسع المعلومات عن أفضل ممارسات الوصول إلى التكنولوجيا (خطة العمل، الفقرة 128).

This is in line with paragraph 117 of the Bangkok Plan of Action (TD/386), which calls upon UNCTAD to " analyse all aspects of existing international agreements relevant to transfer of technology " , and paragraph 128, which states that " In the area of transfer of technology, UNCTAD should examine and disseminate widely information on the practices for access to technology " .
وهذا يتفق وما جاء في الفقرة 117 من خطة عمل بانكوك (TD/386)، التي جاء فيها أنه ينبغي " للأونكتاد أن يحلل جميع جوانب الاتفاقات الدولية القائمة ذات الصلة بنقل التكنولوجيا " ، والفقرة 128 التي جاء فيها: " وفي مجال نقل التكنولوجيا، ينبغي للأونكتاد أن يدرس وينشر على نطاق واسع المعلومات عن أفضل الممارسات للوصول إلى التكنولوجيا " .
