17. The Commission on Human Rights and the Human Rights Council requested the Special Rapporteur on extrajudicial, summary or arbitrary executions to monitor the implementation of existing international standards on safeguards and restrictions relating to the imposition of capital punishment.
17- وطلبت لجنة حقوق الإنسان ومجلس حقوق الإنسان إلى المقرر الخاص المعني بحالات الإعدام خارج نطاق القضاء، أو بإجراءات موجزة أو تعسفاً، أن يرصد تنفيذ المعايير الدولية القائمة حالياً بشأن الضمانات والقيود المتعلقة بإنزال عقوبة الإعدام.

30. As in previous years, the Special Rapporteur on extrajudicial, summary or arbitrary executions continued to monitor the implementation of existing international standards on safeguards and restrictions relating to the imposition of capital punishment.
30- وواصلت المقررة الخاصة المعنية بعمليات الإعدام خارج نطاق القضاء والإعدام بإجراءات موجزة والإعدام التعسفي، مثلما فعلت في السنوات السابقة، رصد تنفيذ المعايير الدولية القائمة حالياً بشأن الضمانات والقيود المتعلقة بفرض عقوبة الإعدام.

The distinction between trafficking in organs and trafficking in persons for the removal of organs was unjustifiable since it prevented the international community from making effective use of existing international standards on trafficking in persons and shifted the focus away from the victims.
وأضافت أن التمييز بين " الاتجار بالأشخاص " و " الاتجار بالأشخاص لأغراض انتزاع أعضائهم " ليس له مبرر لأنه يمنع المجتمع الدولي من الاستخدام الفعال للمعايير الدولية القائمة بشأن الاتجار بالأشخاص وتحول التركيز بعيدا عن الضحايا.
