2. In carrying out its mandate, in addition to seeking the cooperation and assistance of Member States, the Panel of Experts on the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya is expected to seek the cooperation and assistance of regional and military organizations, such as the League of Arab States, the African Union and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization.
2 - يُتوقع من فريق الخبراء المعني بالجماهيرية العربية الليبية أن يقوم، في إطار تنفيذ ولايته، بالإضافة إلى السعي للحصول على تعاون الدول الأعضاء ومساعدتها، بالسعي للحصول على تعاون ومساعدة المنظمات الإقليمية والعسكرية، مثل جامعة الدول العربية والاتحاد الأفريقي ومنظمة حلف شمال الأطلسي.

2. The Secretary-General's proposals regarding the Panel of Experts on the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya and the United Nations Representative to the Geneva International Discussions are contained in paragraph 23 of his report (A/65/328/Add.7).

7. The Advisory Committee recommends acceptance of the two positions (1 P-3 and 1 General Service (Other level)) requested to support the work of the Panel of Experts on the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya.

3. Decides to approve the budget for the Panel of Experts on the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya for the period from 1 June to 31 December 2011 in the amount of 1,693,500 United States dollars gross (1,670,400 dollars net);
3 - تقـرر الموافقة على الميزانية المخصصة لفريق الخبراء المعني بالجماهيرية العربية الليبية للفترة من 1 حزيران/يونيه إلى 31 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2011 بمبلغ إجماليه 500 693 1 دولار من دولارات الولايات المتحدة (صافيه 400 670 1 دولار)؛

1. The Panel of Experts on the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya was established pursuant to Security Council resolution 1973 (2011) of 17 March 2011, in which the Council requested the Secretary-General to create, for an initial period of one year, in consultation with the Security Council Committee established pursuant to resolution 1970 (2011), a group of up to eight experts, under the direction of the Committee.
1 - أُنشئ فريق الخبراء المعني بالجماهيرية العربية الليبية عملا بقرار مجلس الأمن 1973 (2011) المؤرخ 17 آذار/مارس 2011، الذي طلب فيه المجلس إلى الأمين العام أن ينشئ لفترة أولية مدتها سنة واحدة، بالتشاور مع لجنة مجلس الأمن المنشأة عملا بالقرار 1970 (2011)، فريقا من ثمانية خبراء، تحت إشراف اللجنة.

Having considered the report of the Secretary-General entitled " Estimates in respect of special political missions, good offices and other political initiatives authorized by the General Assembly and/or the Security Council: Panel of Experts on the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya and the United Nations Representative to the Geneva International Discussions "
وقد نظرت في تقرير الأمين العام المعنون ' ' التقديرات المتعلقة بالبعثات السياسية الخاصة والمساعي الحميدة والمبادرات السياسية الأخرى التي أذنت بها الجمعية العامة و/أو مجلس الأمن: فريق الخبراء المعني بالجماهيرية العربية الليبية وممثل الأمم المتحدة في مباحثات جنيف الدولية``(

(a) Taking into account the revised estimates provided by the Secretary-General, as detailed in paragraph 6 above, that the General Assembly approve the budget for the Panel of Experts on the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya for the period from 1 June to 31 December 2011 in the amount of $1,670,400 net ($1,693,500 gross);
(أ) أن توافق الجمعية العامة، آخذة في اعتبارها التقديرات المنقحة التي قدمها الأمين العام على النحو المبين في الفقرة 6 أعلاه، على ميزانية فريق الخبراء المعني بالجماهيرية العربية الليبية للفترة من 1 حزيران/يونيه إلى 31 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2011، بمبلغ صاف قدره 400 670 1 دولار (إجماليّه 500 693 1 دولار)؛

(c) That the resources for the activities of the Panel of Experts on the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya and the United Nations Representative to the Geneva International Discussions be absorbed within the overall appropriation approved for special political missions for the 2010-2011 biennium and to report thereon in the context of the second performance report.
(ج) أن تُستوعب الموارد المخصصة لأنشطة فريق الخبراء المعني بالجماهيرية العربية الليبية وممثل الأمم المتحدة في محادثات جنيف الدولية ضمن الاعتمادات الإجمالية الموافق عليها للبعثات السياسية الخاصة لفترة السنتين 2010-2011، وأن يقدَّم تقرير عن ذلك في إطار تقرير الأداء الثاني.
