11. In accordance with General Assembly resolution 53/100, on 21 December 1998, the Secretary-General deposited an act of formal confirmation of the 1986 Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties between States and International Organizations or between International Organizations.
١١ - ووفقا لقرار الجمعية العامة ٥٣/١٠٠، أودع اﻷمين العام لﻷمم المتحدة في ٢١ كانون اﻷول/ ديسمبر ١٩٩٨ صك اﻹقرار الرسمي باتفاقية فيينا لقانون المعاهدات التي تبرم بين الدول والمنظمات الدولية أو بين المنظمات الدولية.

6. Authorizes the Secretary-General to deposit, on behalf of the United Nations, an act of formal confirmation of the Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties between States and International Organizations or between International Organizations, as provided in article 83 of the Convention;
٦ - تأذن لﻷمين العام بأن يودع، بالنيابة عن اﻷمم المتحدة، صك اﻹقرار الرسمي باتفاقية فيينا لقانون المعاهدات التي تبرم بين الدول والمنظمات الدولية أو بين المنظمات الدولية كما هو منصوص عليه في المادة ٨٣ من الاتفاقية؛

The Assembly would also encourage States to consider ratifying or acceding to the Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties between States and International Organizations or between International Organizations, and would encourage international organizations that have signed the Convention to deposit an act of formal confirmation of the Convention and other international organizations entitled to do so to accede to it at an early date.
وتشجع الجمعية العامة أيضا الدول على النظر في التصديق على اتفاقية فيينا لقانون المعاهدات التي تعقد بين الدول والمنظمات الدولية أو بين المنظمات الدولية، أو الانضمام إلى الاتفاقية، وتشجع المنظمات الدولية التي وقﱠعت على الاتفاقية على إيداع صك اﻹقرار الرسمي بالاتفاقية، وتشجع المنظمات اﻷخرى التي يحق لها الانضمام إليها على القيام بذلك في أقرب وقت ممكن.

This provision differs from article 23 of the 1969 Convention only by the mention of international organizations and the mechanism of formal confirmation (of the treaty itself).

Encourages States to consider ratifying or acceding to the Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties between States and International Organizations or between International Organizations, international organizations that have signed the Convention to deposit an act of formal confirmation of the Convention and other international organizations entitled to do so to accede to it at an early date;
٥ - تشجع الدول على النظر في التصديق على اتفاقية فيينا لقانون المعاهدات التي تعقد بين الدول والمنظمات الدولية أو بين المنظمات الدولية، أو الانضمام إلى الاتفاقية، وتشجع المنظمات الدولية التي وقﱠعت على الاتفاقية على إيداع صك اﻹقرار الرسمي بالاتفاقية، وتشجع المنظمات الدولية اﻷخرى التي يحق لها الانضمام إليها على القيام بذلك في أقرب وقت ممكن؛
