5. Recalls that the Working Group on the Right to Development will consider at its twelfth session the two compilations of views received from Governments, groups of Governments and regional groups, and from other stakeholders, on the work of the high-level task force;
5- يشير إلى أن الفريق العامل المعني بالحق في التنمية سينظر في دورته الثانية عشرة في التجميعين الشاملين للآراء الواردة من الحكومات ومجموعات الحكومات والمجموعات الإقليمية ومن أصحاب المصلحة المعنيين الآخرين فيما يتعلق بعمل الفرقة العاملة رفيعة المستوى؛

7. Recalls that the Working Group will consider at its twelfth session the two compilations of views received from Governments, groups of Governments and regional groups, and from other stakeholders on the work of the highlevel task force;
7 - تشير إلى أن الفريق العامل سينظر في دورته الثانية عشرة في مجموعتي الآراء الواردة من الحكومات ومجموعات الحكومات والمجموعات الإقليمية ومن الجهات المعنية الأخرى بشأن عمل فرقة العمل الرفيعة المستوى؛

(c) To also request OHCHR to make available on its website and to the next session of the Working Group, in the format of two conference room papers, all further submissions by Governments, groups of Governments and regional groups, as well as inputs by other stakeholders;
(ج) التوجه كذلك إلى المفوضية السامية لحقوق الإنسان بطلب يتمثل في أن تتيح على موقعها الشبكي وللفريق العامل في دورته المقبلة، جميع المساهمات الأخرى المقدمة من الحكومات ومجموعات الحكومات والمجموعات الإقليمية وكذلك مدخلات الجهات المعنية الأخرى وذلك في شكل ورقتي غرفة اجتماع؛

(c) To also request OHCHR to make available on its website and to the next session of the Working Group, in the format of two conference room papers, all further submissions by Governments, groups of Governments and regional groups, as well as inputs by other stakeholders;
(ج) التوجه إلى المفوضية السامية لحقوق الإنسان أيضاً بطلب أن تضع على موقعها الشبكي وعلى ذمة الفريق العامل في دورته المقبلة، في شكل ورقتي غرفة اجتماع، جميع المساهمات الأخرى المقدمة من الحكومات ومجموعات الحكومات والمجموعات الإقليمية وكذلك مدخلات الجهات المعنية الأخرى؛

(d) To also request OHCHR to make available on its website and to the next session of the Working Group, in the format of two conference room papers, all further submissions by Governments, groups of Governments and regional groups, as well as inputs by other stakeholders;
(د) التوجه كذلك بطلب إلى المفوضية السامية لحقوق الإنسان لتضع على موقعها الشبكي وتقدم للفريق العامل في دورته المقبلة، في شكل ورقتي غرفة اجتماع، جميع المذكرات الأخرى المقدمة من الحكومات ومجموعات الحكومات والمجموعات الإقليمية وكذلك المساهمات المقدمة من الجهات المعنية الأخرى؛

47. The Working Group requested the Chairperson-Rapporteur, assisted by OHCHR, to prepare two compilations of the submissions received from Governments, group of Governments and regional groups, as well as the inputs received from other stakeholders.
47- وطلب الفريق العامل من الرئيس المقرر أن يقوم، بمساعدة مفوضية الأمم المتحدة السامية لحقوق الإنسان، بإعداد مجموعتين للمذكرات الواردة من الحكومات ومجموعة الحكومات والمجموعات الإقليمية وكذلك المُدخلات الواردة من أصحاب المصلحة الآخرين.

(b) The Working Group requested OHCHR to make available on its website, and to make available to the next session of the Working Group in the format of two conference room papers, all written submissions by Governments, groups of Governments and regional groups, as well as inputs by other stakeholders;
(ب) وطلب الفريق العامل إلى المفوضية أن تتيح على موقعها الشبكي، وكذلك في الدورة القادمة للفريق العامل في شكل ورقتيْ غرفة اجتماع، جميع الورقات المقدمة من الحكومات ومجموعات الحكومات والمجموعات الإقليمية وكذلك إسهامات الجهات المعنية الأخرى؛

(b) To request OHCHR to make available on its website and to the Working Group two conference room papers reflecting comments and views submitted during the session by Governments, groups of Governments and regional groups, as well as by other relevant stakeholders, respectively;
(ب) التوجه إلى المفوضية السامية لحقوق الإنسان بطلب يتمثل في أن تتيح على موقعها الشبكي، وللفريق العامل، ورقتي غرفة اجتماع تتضمنان التعليقات والآراء التي أدلت بها خلال الدورة الحكومات ومجموعات الحكومات والمجموعات الإقليمية وغيرها من الجهات المعنية الأخرى، على التوالي؛

(b) To request the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner (OHCHR) to make available on its website and to the Working Group two conference room papers reflecting comments and views submitted during the session by Governments, groups of Governments and regional groups, as well as by other relevant stakeholders, respectively;
(ب) التوجه إلى المفوضية السامية لحقوق الإنسان بطلب أن تضع على موقعها الشبكي، وعلى ذمة الفريق العامل ورقتي غرفة اجتماع تتضمنان التعليقات والآراء التي أدلت بها خلال الدورة الحكومات ومجموعات الحكومات والمجموعات الإقليمية وغيرها من الجهات المعنية الأخرى، على التوالي؛

Endorses the recommendations of the Working Group, as outlined in paragraphs 45 to 47 of its report, which would ensure that the two compilations of the submissions to be received from Governments, groups of Governments and regional groups as well as the inputs to be received from other stakeholders, on the work of the high-level task force and the way forward, will be presented to the Working Group at its twelfth session, in 2011;

2. In resolution 15/25, the Human Rights Council also requested the Chairperson-Rapporteur of the Working Group, assisted by OHCHR, to prepare two compilations of the submissions received from Governments, groups of Governments and regional groups, as well as the inputs received from other stakeholders, and to present both compilations to the Working Group at its twelfth session, to be held from 14 to 18 November 2011.
2- كما طلب مجلس حقوق الإنسان إلى رئيس - مقرر الفرقة العاملة، في القرار 15/25، أن يُعدّ، بمساعدة من مفوضية الأمم المتحدة السامية لحقوق الإنسان، تجميعين للمعلومات الواردة من الحكومات ومجموعات الحكومات والمجموعات الإقليمية بالإضافة إلى الإسهامات الواردة من الجهات الأخرى صاحبة المصلحة، وعرض التجميعين على فرقة العمل في دورتها الثانية عشرة المزمع عقدها في الفترة ما بين 14 و18 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2011.
