7.3 Regarding the alleged distortion of his appeal in the ruling of 27 November 2001, the Supreme Court submits that it dismissed the appeals by the author and his counsel; that the author's guilt was established by corroborating evidence; and that his acts were rightly qualified and his sentence was lawful.
