وتختم صاحبة الشكوى حديثها بالإشارة من جديد إلى أن هذه الشهادات، التي تؤكدها مصادر وثائقية عديدة، تثبت شيوع ظاهرة التعذيب في تونس وتكفي لإثبات أن السيد أنسي عبيشو كان عرضة لخطر تعذيب حقيقي وكبير عند تسليمه إلى تونس.
