12. In article 24 of the Convention on the Rights of the Child, State parties to the Convention recognize the right of the child to the enjoyment of the highest attainable standard of health and strive to ensure that no child is deprived of his or her right of access to health-care services.
12- وفي المادة 24 من اتفاقية حقوق الطفل، تعترف الدول الأطراف في الاتفاقية بحق الطفل في التمتع بأعلى مستوى صحي يمكن بلوغه، وبأن تبذل قصارى جهودها لتضمن ألا يحرم أي طفل من حقه في الحصول على خدمات الرعاية الصحية.

States parties to the Convention on the Rights of the Child recognize the right of the child to the highest attainable standard of health and to facilities for the treatment of illness and rehabilitation of health, and shall strive to ensure that no child is deprived of his or her right of access to such health-care services (art. 24).
وتعترف الدول الأطراف في اتفاقية حقوق الطفل بحق الطفل في التمتع بأعلى مستوى صحي يمكن بلوغه وبحقه في مرافق علاج الأمراض وإعادة التأهيل الصحي. وسوف تسعى سعيا جهيدا لكفالة ألا يحرم أي طفل من حقه في الحصول على خدمات الرعاية الصحية (المادة 24).

In that same article, obligations are placed on States to make every effort " to ensure that no child is deprived of his or her right of access to such health care services " by, inter alia, providing children with " necessary medical assistance and health care " and ensuring " appropriate prenatal and post-natal healthcare for mothers " .
وتلتزم الدول بموجب تلك المادة ببذل قصارى جهدها " لتضمن ألا يُحرم أي طفل من حقه في الحصول على خدمات الرعاية الصحية هذه " بوسائل منها " المساعدة الطبية والرعاية الصحية اللازمتين " للأطفال وكفالة " الرعاية الصحية المناسبة للأمهات قبل الولادة وبعدها " .

62. Article 24 of the Convention provides that every child has the right to the highest attainable standard of health and to facilities for the treatment of illness and rehabilitation of health and urges States to " ensure that no child is deprived of his or her right of access to such health care services " .
62- تنص المادة 24 من الاتفاقية على أن لكل طفل الحق في أعلى مستوى صحي يمكن بلوغه وفي مرافق لعلاج الأمراض وإعادة التأهيل الصحي وتحث الدول على أن " تضمن ألا يُحرم أي طفل من حقه في الحصول على خدمات الرعاية الصحية هذه " .

21. The Convention on the Rights of the Child (1989) recognizes the right of the child to the enjoyment of the highest attainable standard of health and to facilities for the treatment of illness and rehabilitation of health and calls on States parties to ensure that no child is deprived of his or her right of access to such health-care services (article 24 (1)).
21 - وتُقِّر اتفاقية حقوق الطفل(12) (1989) بحق الطفل في التمتع بأعلى مستوى صحي يمكن بلوغه وبحقه في مرافق علاج الأمراض وإعادة التأهيل الصحي، وتهيب بالدول الأطراف أن تضمن ألا يحرم أي طفل من حقه في الحصول على خدمات الرعاية الصحية هذه (المادة 24 (1).
