Moreover, the author did not indicate in any of the actions he brought before the domestic courts that the latter had acted in any way that discriminated against him on the ground of his race.
وعلاوة على ذلك، لم يشر صاحب البلاغ، في أي من الدعاوى التي رفعها إلى المحاكم المحلية، إلى أن هذه الأخيرة تصرفت على نحو فيه تمييز في حقه بسبب عرقه.

2. Extradition shall not be granted if the present Party has substantial grounds for believing that a request for extradition has been made for the purpose of prosecuting or punishing a person on account of his race, religion, nationality or political opinion, or that a person's position may be prejudiced for any of these reasons.
٢ - لا يوافق على التسليم إذا كان لدى الطرف الحالي أسباب جوهرية تدعو للاعتقاد بأن طلب التسليم قدم بغرض محاكمة الشخص أو معاقبته بسبب أصله العرقي أو ديانته أو جنسيته أو آرائه السياسية، أو بأن وضع هذا الشخص يمكن أن يضار ﻷي من هذه اﻷسباب.

2. Extradition shall not be granted if the requested Party has substantial grounds for believing that a request for extradition has been made for the purpose of prosecuting or punishing a person on account of his race, religion, nationality or political opinion, or that a person's position may be prejudiced for any of these reasons.
٢ - لا يوافق على التسليم إذا كان لدى الطرف المطالب أسباب جوهرية تدعو للاعتقاد بأن طلب التسليم قدم بغرض محاكمة الشخص أو معاقبته بسبب أصله العرقي أو ديانته أو جنسيته أو آرائه السياسية، أو بأن وضع هذا الشخص يمكن أن يضار ﻷي من هذه اﻷسباب.

It concluded that the petitioner could not be considered to have been subjected to differential treatment on the basis of his race or ethnic origin, nor that he was a victim of reprisals by the defendant because of the complaint filed by him.
2003. وخلصت إلى أنه ليس بالإمكان القول بأن صاحب الالتماس قد تعرض لمعاملة تمييزية على أساس عرقه أو أصله الإثني، أو أنه كان ضحية أفعال انتقامية ارتكبها الطرف المدّعى عليه بسبب تقديم الشكوى المذكورة.

Moreover, extradition is not accorded if there is substantial grounds for believing that the requested person will be prosecuted or punished on account of his race, religion, nationality or social background, or that, there is a danger that he will be subjected to torture or ill treatment.
وعلاوة على ذلك، لا يوافق على طلب التسليم إذا كانت هناك أسباب موضوعية للاعتقاد بأن الشخص المطلوب تسليمه سيحاكم أو يعاقب على أساس عرقه أو دينه أو جنسيته أو خلفيته الاجتماعية، أو يخشى أن يتعرض للتعذيب أو لسوء المعاملة.

The asylum applicant or refugee cannot be handed over or returned to a country where his/her life or freedom would be threatened on the grounds of his race, religion, nationality, membership to a specific social group or for political convictions.
ولا يمكن تسليم طالب اللجوء أو إعادته إلى بلد تتعرض فيه حياته أو حريته للخطر بسبب عرقه أو دينه أو جنسيته أو انتمائه إلى فئة اجتماعية معينة أو بسبب آرائه السياسية.

5. The transit of the person concerned shall not be effected through a territory where there are grounds for believing that his life or liberty may be threatened by reason of his race, religion, nationality or political opinions.
٥ - لا يجوز عبور الشخص ﻹقليم يُعتقد أن حياته أو حريته قد تتعرض فيه للخطر بسبب عرقه أو دينه أو جنسيته أو آرائه السياسية.

The Law also prohibited returning a refugee to a country in which his life would be threatened on account of his race, religion, nationality, membership in a particular social group or political opinions.
ويحظر القانون أيضاً إعادة لاجئ إلى بلد تكون فيه حياته مهددة بالخطر بسبب عرقه أو دينه أو جنسيته أو انتمائه إلى فئة اجتماعية معينة أو بسبب آرائه السياسية.

According to the said provisions, no State may expel a refugee to the frontiers of territories where his life or freedom would be threatened because of his race, religion, nationality, membership of a particular social group or political opinions.
ووفقا للأحكام المذكورة، لا يجوز لأي دولة أن تطرد لاجئا إلى حدود الأقاليم التي تكون حياته أو حريته مهددتين فيها بسبب عرقه أو دينه أو جنسيته أو انتمائه إلى فئة اجتماعية معينة أو بسبب آرائه السياسية.

14. The source also states that the continued detention of Mr. Ali is the result of differential treatment because of his race, religion, or nationality.

Article 33 of the Convention relating to the Status of Refugees prohibits the expulsion of a refugee to a country where his life or freedom would be threatened on account of his race, religion, nationality, membership of a particular social group or political opinion.
854 - تحظر المادة 33 من الاتفاقية الخاصة بوضع اللاجئين طرد اللاجئ إلى بلد حيث تكون حياته أو حريته مهددتين بسبب عرقه أو دينه أو جنسيته أو انتمائه إلى فئة اجتماعية معينة أو بسبب آرائه السياسية.

" 1. No Contracting State shall expel or return (`refouler') a refugee in any manner whatsoever to the frontiers of territories where his life or freedom would be threatened on account of his race, religion, nationality, membership of a particular social group or political opinion.
" 1- لا يجوز لأي دولة متعاقدة أن تطرد لاجئاً أو ترده بأي صورة من الصور إلى حدود الأقاليم التي تكون حياته أو حريته مهددتين فيها بسبب عرقه أو دينه أو جنسيته أو انتمائه إلى فئة اجتماعية معينة أو بسبب آرائه السياسية.

Whilst he has been treated adversely, it was not on the ground concerning his race or a characteristic of his race or a characteristic imputed to his race”.
ومع أنه عومل بطريقة مختلفة، فإن ذلك لم يكن بسبب عرقه أو لخاصية يتصف بها عرقه أو لخاصية منسوبة إلى عرقه " .

" 2. His application was dismissed by a decision dated 8 February 1999, as the author failed to prove that there was a well-founded fear of persecution because of his race, religion, nationality, membership in a particular social group, or political opinion if he were to be returned to his country of origin.

In particular, it would entail a breach of the Geneva Convention on the Legal Status of Refugees " if he is a refugee and is returned in any manner whatsoever to the frontiers of territories where his life or freedom would be threatened on account of his race, nationality, membership of a particular social group or political opinion " .
وعلى وجه الخصوص، يمكن أن يشكل ذلك خرقا لاتفاقية جنيف المتعلقة بالمركز القانوني للاجئين ' ' إذا كان الأجنبي لاجئا وأعيد بأي طريق كان إلى حدود الأراضي التي يتهدد الخطر فيها حياته أو حريته بسبب أصله العرقي أو دينه أو جنسيته أو انتمائه إلى فئة اجتماعية معينة أو بسبب رأيه السياسي " .

if the request for his surrender is in fact made for the purpose of prosecuting or punishing him on account of his race, tribe, religion, sex, nationality or political opinion, not withstanding that the request purports to be, made on account of an extradition crime, " .
