2. At its sixtieth session, the Commission on Human Rights adopted resolution 2004/55 of 20 April 2004, in which it requested the Secretary-General, in effectively building upon the work of his Representative on internally displaced persons, whose mandate ended in July 2004, to establish a new mechanism.
2 - وقد اتخذت لجنة حقوق الإنسان، في دورتها الستين، القرار 2004/55 المؤرخ 20 نيسان/أبريل 2004 الذي طلبت فيه إلى الأمين العام أن يقوم، معتمداً بفعالية على الأعمال التي قام بها ممثله المعني بالمشردين داخلياً والذي انتهت ولايته في تموز/يوليه 2004، بإنشاء آلية جديدة.

If the offence involves property, the complaint may be submitted by the child's trustee or custodian and if the interests of the minor who is the injured party conflict with those of his Representative or if he has no representative, the Department of Public Prosecutions stands in as his representative in all instances where proceedings are initiated on the basis of a complaint submitted by the injured party.
وإذا كانت الجريمة واقعة على المال تقبل الشكوى من الوصي أو القيم، وإذا تعارضت مصلحة المجني عليه القاصر مع مصلحة من يمثله أو لم يكن لـه من يمثله تقوم النيابة العامة مقامه.

2. In recognition of the relationship between peace and development, the Secretary-General decided to maintain a direct link between MIPONUH and the mechanism for the coordination of United Nations development agencies by making the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Resident Representative the deputy of his Representative in Haiti, who is head of the mission.
٢ - وقرر اﻷمين العام، إدراكا منه بالعلاقة بين السلام والتنمية، اﻹبقاء على صلة مباشرة بين بعثة الشرطة المدنية التابعة لﻷمم المتحدة في هايتي ومنظومة التنسيق بين وكالات التنمية في اﻷمم المتحدة، فجعل الممثل المقيم لبرنامج اﻷمم المتحدة اﻹنمائي مساعدا لممثله في هايتي الذي يدير البعثة.

23. Requests the SecretaryGeneral, in effectively building upon the work of his Representative, to establish a mechanism that will address the complex problem of internal displacement, in particular by mainstreaming human rights of the internally displaced into all relevant parts of the United Nations system;
23- تطلب إلى الأمين العام أن يقوم، معتمداً بفعالية على الأعمال التي قام بها ممثله الخاص المعني بالمشردين داخلياً، بإنشاء آلية لمعالجة مشكلة التشرد الداخلي المعقدة بطرق منها على الأخص تعميم مراعاة حقوق الإنسان للمشردين داخلياً في جميع الأقسام المختصة في منظومة الأمم المتحدة؛

The Commission on Human Rights, at its sixtieth session, requested the Secretary-General, in effectively building upon the work of his Representative, to establish a mechanism that would address the complex problem of internal displacement (Commission resolution 2004/55).
ونظرت لجنة حقوق الإنسان في هذه المسألة في دورتها الستين، وطلبت إلى الأمين العام أن يقوم، معتمداً بفعالية على الأعمال التي قام بها ممثله الخاص المعني بالمشردين داخلياً، بإنشاء آلية لمعالجة مشكلة التشرد الداخلي المعقدة (قرار اللجنة 2004/55).

Article 6 states that the Public Prosecution Department shall act on the victim's behalf, if his interests conflict with those of his Representative or he does not have a representative.
وقد نصت المادة 6 من ذات القانون على أن " تقوم النيابة العامة مقام المجني عليه إذا تعارضت مصلحته مع مصلحة من يمثله أو لم يكن له من يمثله " .

30. Article 8 of the Code provides that complaints relating to an offence in which the victim is a child must be lodged by the person with guardianship over the child. If the offence involves property, a complaint from the legal guardian or custodian is admissible. If the child has no one to represent him or if the child's interests conflict with those of his Representative, the Office of the Public Prosecutor shall represent the minor.
30- تشترط المادة 8 من القانون - في حالة الطفل الضحية لأية جريمة من تلك التي يحتاج رفعها لشكوى، تقديم الشكوى ممن له الولاية عليه، وإن كانت الجريمة على المال فتكون مقبولة من الوصي أو القيم، وإن لم يكن له من يمثله أو تعارضت مصلحة الطفل مع مصلحة أو من يمثله فإن الادعاء العام هو الذي يمثل القاصر.

4. Requests the Secretary-General to ensure broad dissemination of the vacancy announcement for the post of his Representative for the investment of the assets of the Fund, including by circulating notes verbales to Member States and targeting industry publications and relevant institutions to allow for a competitive pool of candidates, and to report thereon in the context of the report on the investments of the Fund;
