On the basis of the provisions of Human Rights Council resolutions 6/15 and 19/23 and in the wider context of promoting the implementation of the Declaration on the Rights of Persons Belonging to National or Ethnic, Religious and Linguistic Minorities in all regions, the focus of discussions during the session will centre on three core elements:
19- وعلى أساس أحكام قراري مجلس حقوق الإنسان 6/15 و19/23 وفي السياق الأوسع لتعزيز تنفيذ إعلان حقوق الأشخاص المنتمين إلى أقليات قومية أو إثنية وإلى أقليات دينية ولغوية في جميع المناطق، ستركز المناقشات أثناء الدورة على ثلاثة عناصر أساسية هي:

As recently reported by the High Commissioner for Human Rights in her report on the implementation of Human Rights Council resolutions S-9/1 and S-12/1 covering the period from 4 February to 30 November 2010, the situation is of profound concern and serious violations occur " on a widespread and persistent basis " (A/HRC/16/71, para. 55).
وكما ذكرت المفوضة السامية لحقوق الإنسان مؤخراً في تقريرها عن تنفيذ قراري مجلس حقوق الإنسان د إ-9/1 ود إ-12/1، الذي يغطي الفترة من 4 شباط/فبراير إلى 30 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2010، فإن الوضع يثير قلقاً بالغاً وأن ثمة انتهاكات خطيرة تحدث " على نطاق واسع وبشكل مستمر " (A/HRC/16/71، الفقرة 55).

8. The Advisory Committee is cognizant of the time lag between the adoption of Human Rights Council resolutions and decisions and the subsequent ex post facto approval by the General Assembly of the related resource requirements.
8 - وتقر اللجنة الاستشارية بالفترة الزمنية الفاصلة بين اتخاذ قرارات مجلس حقوق الإنسان ومقرراته وموافقة الجمعية العامة لاحقا بأثر رجعي على الاحتياجات من الموارد ذات الصلة بها.

9. Requests the Special Rapporteur to take fully into account, in the discharge of his mandate, all provisions of Human Rights Council resolutions on the right to education;
9- يطلب إلى المقرر الخاص أن يضع في اعتباره بالكامل لدى الاضطلاع بولايته، جميع أحكام قرارات مجلس حقوق الإنسان المتعلقة بالحق في التعليم؛

7. Requests the Special Rapporteur to take fully into account, in the discharge of his mandate, all provisions of Human Rights Council resolutions on the right to education;
7- يطلب إلى المقرر الخاص أن يراعي مراعاة تامة، عند أداء ولايته، جميـع الأحكام الواردة في قرارات مجلس حقوق الإنسان المتعلقة بالحق في التعليم؛

9. Requests the Special Rapporteur to take fully into account, in the discharge of his mandate, all provisions of Human Rights Council resolutions on the right to education;

In this regard, Maldives was the lead sponsor of Human Rights Council resolutions 7/23 (adopted by consensus with 79 co-sponsors) and 10/4 (adopted by consensus with 89 co-sponsors) on " Human rights and climate change " .
وفي هذا الصدد، كانت ملديف الراعي الرئيسي لقراري مجلس حقوق الإنسان 7/23 (الذي اعتمد بتوافق آراء 79 دولة راعية) و 10/4 (الذي اعتمد بتوافق آراء 89 دولة راعية) بشأن " حقوق الإنسان وتغير المناخ " .
