7.3 In the present case, the State party maintains that the complainant has not established that there was a foreseeable, real and personal risk that he would be subjected to torture because he is not credible, there is no evidence that he is wanted by the Honduran authorities and he has not established that there is a pattern of mass violations of human rights in Honduras.

1. Express our firm support for and recognition of the commitment of the Constitutional President, Porfirio Lobo, to guaranteeing respect for democratic institutions, the rule of law and observance of human rights in Honduras, and the responsibility he has assumed in that regard;
1 - تأييدهم القوي وإقرارهم بالالتزام الذي قطعه الرئيس الدستوي بورفيريو لوبو والمسؤولية التي تحملها من أجل ضمان احترام المؤسسات الديمقراطية، وسيادة القانون واحترام حقوق الإنسان في هندوراس.

186. At the 30th meeting, on 1 April 2005, the Chairperson announced publicly that the Commission had decided to discontinue consideration of the situation of human rights in Honduras.
186- وفي الجلسة 30 المعقودة في 1 نيسان/أبريل 2005 أعلن الرئيس أن اللجنة قد قررت عدم مواصلة نظرها في حالة حقوق الإنسان في هندوراس.

Requests the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights to present a comprehensive report on the violations of human rights in Honduras since the coup d'état, and to submit a preliminary report thereon to the General Assembly at the main part of its sixty-fourth session and to the Council at its thirteenth session.
5- يطلب إلى مفوضة الأمم المتحدة السامية لحقوق الإنسان أن تقدم تقريراً شاملاً عن انتهاكات حقوق الإنسان في هندوراس منذ وقوع الانقلاب، وأن تقدم تقريراً أولياً في هذا الشأن يُعرض على الجمعية العامة خلال الجزء الرئيسي من دورتها الرابعة والستين وعلى المجلس في دورته الثالثة عشرة.

5- يطلب إلى مفوضة الأمم المتحدة السامية لحقوق الإنسان أن تقدم تقريراً شاملاً عن انتهاكات حقوق الإنسان في هندوراس منذ وقوع الانقلاب، وأن تقدم تقريراً أولياً عنها إلى الجمعية العامة خلال الجزء الرئيسي من دورتها الرابعة والستين وإلى المجلس في دورته الثالثة عشرة.

25. In its resolution 12/14, the Council requested the High Commissioner to present a comprehensive report on the violations of human rights in Honduras since the coup d'état and to submit a preliminary report thereon to the General Assembly at the main part of its sixty-fourth session and to the Council at its thirteenth session.
25- طلب المجلس، في قراره 12/14، إلى المفوضة السامية أن تقدم تقريراً شاملاً عن انتهاكات حقوق الإنسان في هندوراس منذ وقوع الانقلاب، وأن تقدم تقريراً أولياً يُعرض على الجمعية العامة خلال الجزء الرئيسي من دورتها الرابعة والستين وعلى المجلس في دورته الثالثة عشرة.

5. Joint Submission 6 (JS6) points out that the situation of human rights in Honduras -- in respect of both civil and political rights and economic, social and cultural rights -- is deteriorating.
5- وتشير الورقة المشتركة 6 إلى تدهور حالة حقوق الإنسان في هندوراس فيما يتعلق بكل من الحقوق المدنية والسياسية والحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية(10).

212. At the 24th meeting, on 15 March 2010, a representative of OHCHR introduced the report of the High Commissioner on the violations of human rights in Honduras since the coup d'état on 28 June 2009 (A/HRC/13/66), submitted in accordance with Council resolution 12/14.
212- في الجلسة 24 المعقودة في 15 آذار/مارس 2010، عرض ممثل عن مفوضية حقوق الإنسان تقرير المفوضة السامية عن انتهاكات حقوق الإنسان في هندوراس منذ الانقلاب الذي حدث في 28 حزيران/يونيه 2009، وهو التقرير (A/HRC/13/66) المقدم وفقاً لقرار المجلس 12/14.
