It welcomes the various constitutional amendments, as well as legislative, administrative and practical measures taken to improve the promotion and protection of human rights in the State party since the examination of the second periodic report, in particular:

Full information on the general framework for the protection and the promotion of human rights in the State should be included in the common core document, as this provides the setting within which the provisions of the all human rights treaties are implemented.
