The following recommendations were made with regard to ensuring the efficient exchange of information and extending operational cooperation against drug trafficking groups at the inter-agency, cross-border and regional levels:

The following recommendations were made by the Subcommission with regard to the issue entitled " Ensuring the efficient exchange of information and extending operational cooperation against drug trafficking groups at the interagency, cross-border and regional levels " :
12- قدّمت اللجنة الفرعية التوصيات التالية بشأن المسألة المعنونة " ضمان كفاءة تبادل المعلومات وتوسيع نطاق التعاون بين الأجهزة وعبر الحدود وعلى الصعيد الإقليمي في العمليات التي تستهدف جماعات الاتجار بالمخدرات " :

(b) Ensuring the efficient exchange of information and extending operational cooperation against drug trafficking organizations at the inter-agency, cross-border and regional levels;
(ب) ضمان كفاءة تبادل المعلومات وتوسيع نطاق التعاون بين الأجهزة وعبر الحدود وعلى الصعيد الإقليمي في العمليات التي تستهدف تنظيمات الاتجار بالمخدرات؛

12. Invites the SecretaryGeneral, in the report he will submit to the General Assembly at its fiftyninth session, to provide information on progress made since the adoption of the Vienna Declaration and Programme of Action on reinforcing the exchange of information and extending collaboration between the organs of the United Nations dealing with human rights and regional organizations in the field of the promotion and protection of human rights;
12- تدعو الأمين العام إلى تقديم معلومات، في تقريره الذي سيقدمه إلى الجمعية العامة في دورتها التاسعة والخمسين، عن التقدم المحرز منذ اعتماد إعلان وبرنامج عمل فيينا بشأن تبادل المعلومات وتوسيع نطاق التعاون بين هيئات الأمم المتحدة المعنية بحقوق الإنسان والمنظمات الإقليمية في ميدان تعزيز وحماية حقوق الإنسان؛
