66 - وأكّد مجددا على مبدأ التكامل في اختصاص المحكمة الجنائية الدولية بالمقارنة مع المحاكم الوطنية، وأشار إلى أن القسم الاستشاري المعني بالقانون الإنساني الدولي بلجنة الصليب الأحمر الدولية على استعداد لمساعدة الدول في تصديقها على صكوك القانون الإنساني الدولي وتطبيقها على المستوى الوطني، بما فيها نظام روما الأساسي.

Equally, the relevance of instruments of international humanitarian law and international criminal law must be recalled in this regard: the Regulations concerning the Laws and Customs of War on Land (article 3), the Protocol additional to the Geneva Conventions of 12 August 1949, and relating to the protection of victims of international armed conflicts (article 91) and the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court (articles 68 and 75).
ويجب الإشارة في هذا الصدد أيضا إلى أهمية صكوك القانون الإنساني الدولي والقانون الجنائي الدولي وهي: اللائحة المتعلقة بقوانين وأعراف الحرب البرية (المادة 3) والبروتوكول الإضافي لاتفاقيات جنيف المؤرخة 12 آب/أغسطس 1949 والمتعلق بحماية ضحايا المنازعات المسلحة الدولية (المادة 91) ونظام روما الأساسي للمحكمة الجنائية الدولية (المادتان 68 و 75).
