1. The General Assembly, in its resolution 50/142 of 21 December 1995, requested the Secretary-General to report to at its fifty-second session, through the Commission for Social Development and the Economic and Social Council, on the progress made on the follow-up to the International Year of the Family, taking into account the promotion of integrated reporting.

٢١ - تطلب إلى اﻷمين العام أن يكفل تقديم تقرير مرحلي عن مركز المرأة في اﻷمانة العامة، وفقا للقواعد ذات الصلة في الجدول الزمني لتقديم الوثائق، إلى لجنة مركز المرأة في دورتها اﻷربعين وإلى الجمعية العامة في دورتها الحادية والخمسين، مع مراعاة الاهتمام بتوحيد التقارير.
