THIRD. This Law shall enter into force on the date of its publication in the Gaceta Oficial de la República.
ثالثا: يبدأ سريان هذا القانون اعتبارا من تاريخ نشره في الجريدة الرسمية للجمهورية.

The Act entered into force two years after the day of its publication in the Moniteur belge, i.e. on 20 June 2009.
وبدأ نفاذه في بعد سنتين من نشره في الجريدة الرسمية، أي في 20 حزيران/يونيه 2009.

When the text of the bill has been finalized and approved by the congresses, it is submitted, together with their recommendations, to the General People's Congress which, acting as an expanded drafting committee, considers all the opinions and amendments of the people's congresses and then promulgates the bill, which enters into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
فإذا اكتملت شروط الصياغة الفنية للقانون واقرته المؤتمرات يرفع مع بقية قراراتها إلى مؤتمر الشعب العام الذي ينعقد كلجنة صياغة موسعة ويتولى تجميع كافة اﻵراء والتعديلات التي أدخلتها المؤتمرات الشعبية على القانون ثم يصدر القانون ويعتبر نافذاً من تاريخ نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.

The latter, being the general forum in which the congresses, people's committees, trade unions and professional associations meet, acts as an expanded general drafting committee to finalize the bill, which enters into force, following its promulgation by the General People's Congress, on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
باعتباره ملتقى عاماً للمؤتمرات واللجان الشعبية والنقابات والروابط المهنية، والذي ينعقد كلجنة صياغة عامة موسعة يتولى الصياغة النهائية للقانون ويصبح القانون نافذاً، بعد صدوره من مؤتمر الشعب العام ومن تاريخ نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.

4. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette until further notice, and shall apply retroactively to every person who has already been punished by amputation of the hand.
رابعا- ينفذ هذا القرار من تاريخ نشره في الجريدة الرسمية حتى إشعار آخر ويسري على من نفذت فيه عقوبة قطع اليد السابقة على نفاذه.

The present Decree shall take effect on the eighth day after the day of its publication in the " Official Gazette of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia " .
