11. Endorses the conclusions and recommendations of the Committee for Programme and Coordination on the programme performance of the United Nations for the biennium 2010-2011, contained in paragraphs 40, 41, 42 and 44 of its report on the work of its fifty-second session;2
11 - تؤيّد استنتاجات وتوصيات لجنة البرنامج والتنسيق بشأن أداء برامج الأمم المتحدة لفترة السنتين 2010-2011، الواردة في الفقرات 40 و 41 و 42 و 44 من تقريرها عن أعمال دورتها الثانية والخمسين(2)؛

3. Takes note of the recommendation of the International Law Commission contained in paragraph 42 of its report on the work of its sixty-sixth session, and decides that the consideration of this recommendation shall be continued at the seventy-second session of the General Assembly;
٣ - تحيط علما بتوصية لجنة القانون الدولي الواردة في الفقرة 42 من تقريرها عن أعمال دورتها السادسة والستين()، وتقرر مواصلة النظر في هذه التوصية في الدورة الثانية والسبعين للجمعية العامة؛

3. Takes note of the recommendation of the International Law Commission contained in paragraph 42 of its report on the work of its sixty-sixth session, and decides that the consideration of this recommendation shall be continued at the seventy-second session of the General Assembly;
٣ - تحيط علما بتوصية لجنة القانون الدولي، الواردة في الفقرة 42 من تقريرها عن أعمال دورتها السادسة والستين(1)، وتقرر مواصلة النظر في هذه التوصية في الدورة الثانية والسبعين للجمعية العامة؛

CPC, in paragraph 285 of its report on the work of its thirty-fifth session (A/50/16), " stressed the importance of continued attention of the Secretary-General, including in his capacity as Chairman of ACC, to efforts of assistance to countries invoking Article 50 of the Charter of the United Nations.
٨١ - أكدت لجنة البرنامج والتنسيق، في الفقرة ٢٨٥ من تقريرها عن أعمال دورتها الخامسة والثلاثين (A/50/16)، " أهمية أن يواصل اﻷمين العام، بصفته رئيسا للجنة التنسيق اﻹدارية، الاهتمام بالجهود الرامية الى تقديم المساعدة الى البلدان التي تطلبها استنادا الى المادة ٥٠ من ميثاق اﻷمم المتحدة.

Recalling also that the International Law Commission submitted a final set of draft articles on the law of the non-navigational uses of international watercourses in chapter III of its report on the work of its forty-sixth session,Official Records of the General Assembly, Forty-ninth Session, Supplement No. 10 (A/49/10).
وإذ تشير أيضا إلى أن لجنة القانون الدولي قدمت مجموعة نهائية من مشاريع المواد بشأن قانون استخدام المجاري المائية الدولية في اﻷغراض غير الملاحية، في الفصل الثالث من تقريرها عن أعمال دورتها السادسة واﻷربعين)١(،

66. CPC, in paragraph 565 of its report on the work of its thirty-ninth session,8 took note of the overview report's treatment of Article 50 of the Charter concerning the impact of sanctions on third-party States and reiterated the need for it to be kept informed of any activities and progress in that respect.
