In response to this observation and in accordance with the Committee's new guidelines for the preparation of country reports, Paraguay has placed its replies to the 2005 concluding observations at the beginning of its sixth periodic report, in order to demonstrate the priority that it attaches to them.
124- رداً على هذه الملاحظة، ووفقاً للمبادئ التوجيهية الجديدة لإعداد التقارير القطرية التي أقرتها اللجنة، قدّمت باراغواي في بداية تقريرها الدوري السادس ردودها على الملاحظات الختامية التي أبدتها اللجنة في عام 2005 وذلك كي تبرهن على ما توليه لتلك الملاحظات من أولوية.

4. The Committee notes with appreciation that, since the consideration of its sixth periodic report (CEDAW/C/KOR/6) in 2007, the State party has enacted and revised numerous laws and legal provisions aimed at eliminating discrimination against women and promoting gender equality in order to achieve compliance with its obligations under the Convention.

9.3 The Committee reiterates the recommendation it made to the State party during the consideration of its sixth periodic report (CEDAW/C/PER/CO/6, para. 25), urging it to review its restrictive interpretation of therapeutic abortion in line with the Committee's general recommendation No. 24 and the Beijing Declaration and Platform for Action.
