In order to assist the Committee in fulfilling the tasks entrusted to it pursuant to article 9 of the Convention and further to facilitate the task of States parties in the preparation of their reports, the Committee has decided that it would be useful to inform States parties of its wishes regarding the form and content of their reports.
2- وبغية مساعدة اللجنة في الاضطلاع بالمهام المنوطة بها بموجب المادة 9 من الاتفاقية، وكذلك تيسير مهمة الدول الأطراف في إعداد تقاريرها، قررت اللجنة أنه من المفيد إبلاغ الدول الأطراف برغبات اللجنة فيما يتعلق بشكل ومحتوى تقارير هذه الدول.

2. In order to assist it in fulfilling the tasks entrusted to it pursuant to article 40 of the Covenant, the Committee has decided that it would be useful to inform States parties of its wishes regarding the form and contents of reports.
٢ - وبغية مساعدة اللجنة على القيام بالمهام التي عهد بها إليها عملا بالمادة ٠٤ من العهد قررت أنه قد يكون من المفيد إبلاغ الدول اﻷطراف بما تود أن يكون عليه شكل ومضمون التقارير.
