١٤ - منذ تقديم تقريري اﻷخير، تتابع اﻷمم المتحدة برنامج مساعداتها اﻹنسانية في جميع أرجاء البلد وقامت، وبخاصة منذ ١٦ آذار/مارس ١٩٩٤، بتمديده الى كونجي، الواقعة على بعد ٧ كيلومترات شمال كويتو/بيه.

Such actions are clear proof that UNITA has now come to disregard the alleged cessation of hostilities it declared, not permitting the free circulation of goods and persons, or international humanitarian assistance all over the country, particularly in the city of Kuito.
وهذه اﻷفعال تشكل برهانا واضحا على أن الاتحاد الوطني أخذ يتجاهل حاليا الوقف المزعوم الذي أعلنه لﻷعمال العدائية، بعد سماحه بالتنقل الحر للسلع واﻷشخاص والمساعدات اﻹنسانية الدولية في جميع أنحاء البلد، وبخاصة في مدينة كويتو.

According to Government sources, there have been UNITA troop and logistic build-up and movements around the towns of Kuito/Bié, Andulo, Malange, Luena, Cabinda and Saurimo.
