146. State policy in the field of labour protection is based on the following principles:
146- وتستند سياسة الدولة في ميدان حماية العمال إلى المبادئ التالية:

Supervision and monitoring of the universal application of labour protection requirements at enterprises;
- مراقبة ورصد التطبيق الشامل لاشتراطات حماية العمال في المؤسسات؛

Locally agreed cooperation must lead to the same level of labour protection as is achieved by cooperation organised according to the law or based on labour protection agreements concluded by central labour markets organizations.
