In its resolution 50/208, the Assembly requested ICSC to establish in 1996, in respect of staff members whose duty station was Geneva, a single post adjustment index that was fully representative of the cost of living of all staff working in the duty station (the single post adjustment index).
وطلبت الجمعية في قرارها ٥٠/٢٠٨، إلى اللجنة أن تقوم في عام ١٩٩٦، بتحديد رقم قياسي واحد لتسوية مقر العمل فيما يتعلق بالموظفين الذين يوجد مركز عملهم في جنيف، على أن يمثل على الوجه الكامل تكلفة المعيشة بالنسبة لجميع الموظفين العاملين في مركز العمل المذكور.

10. The Commission's consideration of the Assembly's request in section II.G of the resolution to ensure that place-to-place surveys conducted for all headquarters duty stations were fully representative of the cost of living of all staff working in the duty station is reported in paragraphs 298 to 319 below.

٢ - تطلب الى اللجنة أن تقوم، في عام ٦٩٩١ ، بتحديد رقم قياسي واحد لتسوية مقر العمل فيما يتعلق بالموظفين الذين يوجد مقر عملهم في جنيف، على أن يمثل على الوجه الكامل تكلفة المعيشة بالنسبة لجميع الموظفين العاملين في مقر العمل المذكور، وأن يكفل المساواة في المعاملة مع الموظفين في مراكز العمل اﻷخرى ؛

That would be in complete contradiction of the General Assembly's request in its resolutions 48/224 and 50/208 that the Commission ensure that place-to-place surveys conducted for all headquarters duty stations were fully representative of the cost of living of all staff working in the duty station.
