6. The Platform for Action identified a number of critical areas of concern that implicitly recognized the impact of multiple forms of discrimination against women -- areas such as education and training, violence, armed conflict, participation in decision-making, the economy and human rights.
6 - وقد حدد منهاج عمل بيجين عددا من مجالات الاهتمام الحاسمة التي اعترفت ضمنيا بأثر الأشكال المتعددة للتمييز ضد المرأة في مجالات مثل التعليم والتدريب، والعنف، والصراع المسلح، والاشتراك في صنع القرارات، والاقتصاد وحقوق الإنسان.

40. The Committee calls on the State party to abide by its Constitutional provisions and to provide effective protection from violence and discrimination against women based on their sexual orientation, in particular through the enactment of comprehensive anti-discrimination legislation that would include the prohibition of multiple forms of discrimination against women on all grounds, including on the grounds of sexual orientation.
