اسمحوا لي أن اشدد على أنني لا أوصي اﻵن بهذا المثال لﻷعضاء اﻵخرين، ودعوني أؤكد ايضا للوفود التي قد تكون مهتمة بأنه، إن شاءت التكنولوجيا، سيكون النص المكتوب الذي يتضمن ملاحظاتي جاهزا في وقت ما بعد ظهر اليوم ومتوفرا في مؤخرة الغرفة.

These States, from many regions across the globe, share the commitment to strengthen the multilateral disarmament system -- and this will be the theme of my remarks today -- so that this system can fulfil its purpose.
