In accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 5 of the Punishment of Violence, etc. Act, any person who contributes any funds for terrorist acts shall be punished by imprisonment for a definite term of not less than three years.

Anyone who, by direct or indirect means, intentionally finances or contributes to the financing of terrorism, terrorist activities or terrorist organizations shall be punished by a term of hard labour of not less than three years and not more than five years, and by a fine of not less than the amount paid [for financing] and not more than three times that amount.
كل من يقوم عن قصد وبأية وسيلة مباشرة أو غير مباشرة بتمويل أو المساهمة بتمويل الإرهاب أو الأعمال الإرهابية أو المنظمات الإرهابية يعاقب بالأشغال الشاقة المؤقتة لمدة لا تقل عن ثلاث سنوات ولا تزيد عن سبع سنوات وبغرامة لا تقل عن مثل المبلغ المدفوع ولا تزيد عن ثلاثة أمثاله.

II. Anyone who acquires a thing obtained through a felony or misdemeanour under conditions leading him to believe that the source thereof is unlawful shall be punished by imprisonment for a period of not less than three years.
ثانيا - يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تقل عن ثلاث سنوات من حاز على شيء متحصل من جناية أو جنحة وكان ذلك في ظروف تحمله على الاعتقاد بعدم مشروعية مصدره.

4. If the guardian is convicted of a deliberate felony punishable by deprivation of liberty for a period of not less than three years.

37. In accordance with article 31 of the Penal Code, any person not having attained 18 years of age at the time when the act constituting the offence was committed is not held criminally responsible. If the prescribed penalty is death, he is sentenced to imprisonment for a period of not less than three years nor more than five years.
37- طبقاً للمادة 31 من قانون الجرائم والعقوبات فلا يسائل جزائياً من لم يبلغ الثامنة عشرة من عمره وقت ارتكاب الفعل المكون للجريمة وإذا كانت العقوبة المقررة هي الإعدام حكم عليه بالحبس مدة لا تقل عن ثلاث سنوات ولا تزيد عن خمس سنوات.

(c) If the perpetrator of any of the acts enumerated in paragraphs (a) and (b) above is an employee of the Department, he shall be liable to a penalty of hard labour for a fixed term of not less than three years and not more than five years. "

The Criminal Law provides that the use of violence and intimidation to organize persons with disabilities to go begging shall be punishable by fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years or criminal detention, and by the imposition of a fine; if the circumstances are especially serious, it shall be punishable by fixed-term imprisonment of not less than three years and not more than seven years, and by the imposition of a fine.
وينص القانون الجنائي على أن استخدام العنف والترهيب لتنظيم الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة للقيام بالاستجداء يعاقب عليه بالسجن لمدة محددة لا تتجاوز ثلاث سنوات أو بالاعتقال الجنائي، وبتوقيع غرامة؛ وإذا كانت الظروف خطيرة بنوع خاص، فإنه يعاقب عليه بالسجن لمدة محددة لا تقل عن ثلاث سنوات ولا تزيد عن سبع سنوات، وبتوقيع غرامة.

20. Work permit exemptions are granted by the territorial Government on the basis of enrolment in the school system -- entrance at the primary level and completion at the secondary level -- marriage to a belonger for a period of not less than three years and residency in the Territory of the British Virgin Islands for 20 years or more by a person who has demonstrated good character.

The Bill provides that a " person who performs female genital mutilation on another person commits an offence and shall be liable, on conviction, to imprisonment for a term of not less than three years but not more than seven years, or to a fine of not less than one hundred thousand shillings but not more than five hundred thousand shillings, or both.
وينص مشروع القانون على أن " الشخص الذي يقوم بتشويه الأعضاء التناسلية لأنثى يرتكب جريمة ويجب أن يُعاقب عليها، لدى إدانته، بالسجن لمدة لا تقل عن ثلاثة أعوام ولا تتجاوز سبعة أعوام أو بغرامة لا تقل عن مائة ألف جنيه ولكن لا تتجاوز خمسمائة ألف جنيه، أو كليهما.
