208. In the case of private sector workers covered by article 1 of Ordinance 69-14, the services of individuals may be requisitioned by the Minister of Labour, and, in an emergency, by the Labour Inspectors.
208- وفيما يتعلق بعمال القطاع العام الذين ورد ذكرهم في المادة الأولى من الأمر رقم 69-14 فإن أمر تكليفهم فرديا يصدر من وزير العمل ويصدر في حالات الطوارئ من مفتش العمل.

This type of act is regarded as a crime within the meaning of article 87 bis of Ordinance No. 95.11 of 25 February 1995.
وتعتبر هذه الفئة من الأعمال جريمة بموجب أحكام المادة 87 مكررا من الأمر 95-11 المؤرخ 25 شباط/فبراير 1995.

Article 1 of Ordinance No. 45/62 on public assembly provides that " public assemblies shall not take place without prior authorization ... " .
فالمادة الأولى من الأمر رقم 45/62 المتعلقة بالتجمعات العامة تنصّ على عدم جواز عقد " تجمعات عامة دون ترخيص مسبق " .

The law did not oblige that new body to recruit all candidates who had received a positive assessment in the qualification proceedings; moreover, that is made clear in paragraph 10 of Ordinance No. 69, which specifies that a positive assessment was merely a condition that allowed candidates to apply for posts in the Ministry of Internal Affairs but did not guarantee placement.
ولا يُلزِم القانون الجهاز الجديد بتعيين كل مرشح حصل على تقييم إيجابي أثناء إجراءات التأهيل؛ زد على ذلك أن الفقرة 10 من الأمر رقم 69 توضح ذلك، بكونها تبين أن التقييم الإيجابي يعتبر شرطاً، يسمح فقط للمرشحين بأن يلتمسوا وظيفة في وزارة الداخلية، وليس بأن يقبلوا فيها.

Men an women alike have the right to contract marriage when they reach the required age, but art. 3 of Ordinance No. 62-089 does not authorize a girl to be married before the age of 14 years or a young man before 17.
426 - والمرأة والرجل لهما نفس الحق في التعاقد على الزواج لدي بلوغهما السن المطلوبة، ومع ذلك، فإن المادة 3 من الأمر رقم 62-89 لا تسمح للفتاة بأن تتزوج قبل سن 14 سنة ولا للشاب بالزواج قبل سن 17 سنة.

Article 56 of Ordinance No. 62-089 of 1 October 1962 as amended by Act No. 90-013 of 20/07/90 and by Act No. 98-023 of 25 January 1999:

Articles 24 and 29 of Ordinance No. 60-146, unknown to many before the extension operation carried out by the Ministry of Justice, are very important for the protection of women's property. These articles relate to mortgages.
466 - والمادتان 24 و29 من الأمر رقم 60-146، اللتين كانتا عرضة للتجاهل من جانب عدد كبير من السكان قبل ذلك التعميم الذي اضطلعت به وزارة العدل، تعدان في غاية الأهمية فيما يتصل بحماية ممتلكات المرأة.

Article 8 of Ordinance No. 84-06 of 1 March 1984 on associations specifies that associations of physical persons are created by free consent, by submitting a notification and obtaining authorization, and they have legal capacity.
ووفقاً للمادة 8 من الأمر رقم 84-06 المؤرخ 1 آذار/مارس 1984 والمنظِّم للجمعيات، فإن جمعيات الأفراد تتشكل بالموافقة الحرة من خلال التصريح بها والترخيص لها، وتتمتع بالأهلية القانونية.

5.4 As to the State party's argument that mere " subjective belief or presumption " does not exempt the author of a communication from the requirement to exhaust all domestic remedies, the author cites articles 45 and 46 of Ordinance 06-01.
