IV. MEASURES TO CLARIFY THE IDENTITY AND FATE of persons reported MISSING DURING ARMED

The agreed terms of reference of the Committee call upon it to look into cases of persons reported missing in the inter-communal fighting as well as in the events of July 1974 and their aftermath.
وتقضي اختصاصات اللجنة المتفق عليها بأن تبحث حالات الأشخاص المفاد أنهم مفقودون في أحداث القتال فيما بين الطائفتين وكذلك في الأحداث التي وقعت في تموز/يوليه 1974 وما أعقبها.

IV. Measures to clarify the identity and fate of persons reported missing during armed conflicts
رابعاً - تدابير لاستجلاء هوية ومصير الأشخاص المعتبرين في عداد المفقودين أثناء النزاعات المسلحة

Member States, intergovernmental and non-governmental organizations should exert all efforts at the national, regional and international levels to address the problem of persons reported missing.
وعلى الدول الأعضاء والمنظمات الحكومية الدولية والمنظمات غير الحكومية بذل كافة الجهود على الأصعدة الوطني والإقليمي والدولي لمعالجة مشكلة الأشخاص المعتبرين في عداد المفقودين.
