6.2.2.6.4.1 A body desiring to perform periodic inspection and test of pressure receptacles in accordance with a pressure receptacle standard and these Regulations shall apply for, obtain, and retain an Approval Certificate issued by the competent authority.

6.2.2.6.2.1 The competent authority shall establish an approval system for the purpose of ensuring that the periodic inspection and test of pressure receptacles conform to the requirements of these Regulations.

q: The valves of pressure receptacles for pyrophoric gases or flammable mixtures of gases containing more than 1% of pyrophoric compounds shall be fitted with gas-tight plugs or caps.

4.1.6.1.1 This section provides general requirements applicable to the use of pressure receptacles for the transport of Class 2 gases and other dangerous goods in pressure receptacles (e.g. UN 1051 Hydrogen cyanide, stabilized).
4-1-6-1-1 تُقدَّم في هذا القسم اشتراطات عامة منطبقة على استعمال أوعية الضغط في نقل غازات وبضائع خطرة أخرى مدرجة في الرتبة 2 (مثلاً، في حالة رقم الأمم المتحدة 1051، حمض هيدروالسيانيك المستقر).

4.1.6.1.2 Parts of pressure receptacles which are in direct contact with dangerous goods shall not be affected or weakened by those dangerous goods and shall not cause a dangerous effect (e.g. catalysing a reaction or reacting with the dangerous goods).
4-1-6-1-2 يجب ألا تتأثر أجزاء أوعية الضغط الملامسة للبضائع الخطرة مباشرة أو تضعف نتيجة لمفعول تلك البضائع، كما يجب أن لا تحدث تأثيراً خطراً (مثلاً أداء دور مساعد على عملية تفاعل أو التفاعل مع البضائع الخطرة).

6.2.1.2.1 Construction materials of pressure receptacles and their closures which are in direct contact with dangerous goods shall not be affected or weakened by the dangerous goods intended and shall not cause a dangerous effect e.g. catalysing a reaction or reacting with the dangerous goods.
6-2-1-2-1 ينبغي ألا تتأثر مواد بناء أوعية الضغط ووسائل إغلاقها ذات الصلة المباشرة بالسلع الخطرة أو تضعف نتيجة التعرض للسلع الخطرة المقصودة وألا تسبب تأثيراً خطيراً مثل حفز التفاعل أو التفاعل مع السلع الخطرة.

6.2.1.6 Approval of pressure receptacles
6-2-1-6 اعتماد أوعية الضغط

In the case of pressure receptacles intended for the transport of compressed gases, UN 1001 acetylene, dissolved, and UN 3374 acetylene, solvent free, the working pressure in bar, preceded by the letters " PW " ;
(ط) في حالة أوعية الضغط الموجهة لنقل الغازات المضغوطة والأسيتيلين UN 1001 المذاب والأسيتيلين UN 3374، الخالي من المذيب، ضغط التشغيل بالبارات يسبقه الحرفان " PW " ؛

(3) Metal hydride storage systems meeting the applicable requirements for the construction and testing of pressure receptacles containing gas of Chapter 6.2 are authorised for the transport of hydrogen only.
(3) لا يرخص بنقل الهيدروجين وحده إلا في نظم تخزين الهيديدرات الفلزية التي تستوفي الاشتراطات المنطبقة لبناء واختبار أوعية الضغط التي تحتوي على غازات واردة في الفصل 6-2.

It shall include the name of the periodic inspection and test body, the registered mark, the address of each facility, and the necessary data for identification of its approved activities (e.g. designation of pressure receptacles, periodic inspection and test method and pressure receptacle standards).
وتتضمن هذه الشهادة اسم هيئة الفحص الدوري والاختبار، وعلامتها المسجلة، وعنوان كل مرفق معني، والبيانات اللازمة للتحقق من أنشطته في الاعتماد (مثل تعيين أوعية الضغط، وأسلوب الفحص الدوري والاختبار، ومعايير أوعية الضغط).

In (j), amend the beginning of the sentence to read: " In the case of pressure receptacles for liquefied gases and refrigerated liquefied gases, the water... " and replace " digits " with " figures " , in the first sentence.
وفي الفقرة الفرعية (ي)، تعدل بداية الجملة لتصبح " في حالة أوعية الضغط للغازات المسيلة والغازات المبردة المسيلة السعة المائية... " ، والتعديل التالي لا ينطبق على الترجمة العربية.

4.1.3.6.9 Marking of pressure receptacles for liquids and solids according to 4.1.3.6 (not conforming to the requirements of Chapter 6.2) shall be in accordance with the requirements of the competent authority of the country of manufacturing. " .
4-1-3-6-9 وضع العلامات على أوعية الضغط الخاصة بالسوائل والمواد الصلبة طبقاً للفقرة 4-1-3-6 (وليس وفقاً للاشتراطات المنصوص عليها في الفصل 6-2) يتم وفق اشتراطات السلطة المختصة في بلد الصنع. " .

Approval system means a system for competent authority approval of a body performing periodic inspection and test of pressure receptacles (hereinafter referred to as " periodic inspection and test body " ), including approval of that body's quality system.
نظام الاعتماد يعني نظام اعتماد الهيئة المختصة لهيئة تؤدي الفحص الدوري والاختبار لأوعية الضغط (المشار إليها فيما بعد باسم " هيئة الفحص الدوري والاختبار " )، ويشمل اعتماد نظام الجودة لدى هذه الهيئة.

" In the case of pressure receptacles for UN 1001 acetylene, dissolved and UN 3374 acetylene, solvent free, at least one decimal shall be shown after the decimal point and two digits for pressure receptacles of less than 1 kg; " .
