(a) Undertake a study to consider elaborating a comprehensive strategy to address the increasing number of street children with the aim of preventing and reducing this phenomenon in the best interests of these children and with their participation;
(أ) إجراء دراسة للنظر في وضع استراتيجية شاملة لمعالجة مشكلة تزايد أعداد الأطفال الذين يعيشون في الشوارع بهدف منع هذه الظاهرة والحد منها حرصاً على المصالح الفضلى لأولئك الأطفال، وبمشاركتهم؛

(a) Develop a comprehensive strategy to protect children in street situations and reduce their number, including identifying the underlying causes, such as poverty, family violence, migration and the lack of access to education, with the aim of preventing and reducing this phenomenon.
(أ) وضع استراتيجية شاملة لحماية أطفال الشوارع والحد من عددهم، بما في ذلك بالوقوف على الأسباب الدفينة، مثل الفقر والعنف الأُسري والهجرة وعدم الحصول على التعليم، بهدف منع هذه الظاهرة والحد منها.

(c) Undertake a study to assess the scope and causes of the phenomenon and consider establishing a comprehensive strategy, with their participation, to address the high and increasing number of street children, with the aim of preventing and reducing this phenomenon in the best interests of these children;
(ج) أن تُجري دراسة لتقييم نطاق هذه الظاهرة وأسبابها وأن تنظر في وضع استراتيجية شاملة، بمشاركة الأطفال، لمجابهة ارتفاع وتزايد أعداد أطفال الشوارع، بهدف منع هذه الظاهرة والحد منها على نحو يراعي المصالح الفضلى لهؤلاء الأطفال؛

(a) Pursue its efforts to prevent and reduce this phenomenon by addressing its root causes, notably by carrying out a comprehensive strategy with the aim of preventing and reducing this phenomenon in the best interest of these children and with their participation;
(أ) أن تواصل جهودها الرامية إلى منع هذه الظاهرة والحد منها بمعالجة أسبابها المتأصلة، ولا سيما بتنفيذ استراتيجية شاملة تهدف إلى منع هذه الظاهرة والحد منها حرصاً على مصالح هؤلاء الأطفال الفضلى وبمشاركتهم؛

(c) Undertake a study to assess the scope and causes of the phenomenon and consider establishing a comprehensive strategy, to address the increasingly large number of street children, with the aim of preventing and reducing this phenomenon in the best interests of these children and with their participation;
