22. With regard to the implementation of provisions of the Charter related to assistance to third States affected by the carrying out of sanctions, Bulgaria reaffirms the importance it attaches to setting up a mechanism for the effective application of Article 50.
٢٢ - وفيما يتعلق بتنفيذ أحكام الميثاق المتصلة بتقديم المساعدة الى الدول الثالثة المتضررة من جراء تنفيذ الجزاءات، تؤكد بلغاريا من جديد اﻷهمية التي توليها لانشاء آلية لتنفيذ المادة ٥٠ تنفيذا فعالا.

If he heard no objection, he would take it that the Committee endorsed the election of Mrs. Flores as Chairman of the open-ended working group on the implementation of provisions of the Charter related to assistance to third States affected by the application of sanctions under Chapter VII.

It therefore welcomed the report of the Secretary-General on the implementation of provisions of the Charter related to assistance to third States affected by the application of sanctions (A/53/312), which outlined a number of important developments in that area.

34. 15. All delegations welcomed the report of the Secretary-General on the implementation of provisions of the Charter related to assistance to third States affected by the application of sanctions (A/53/312).

The Republic of Belarus is keenly interested in the settlement of the dispute in the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, including Kosovo, by peaceful means on the basis of provisions of the Charter of the United Nations and international law.
