Delegations are reminded that credentials should be issued for representatives of ratifiers and the names of alternate representatives and advisers, in accordance with rule 3 of the draft rules of procedure (document CTBT-Art.XIV/2001/2).
ونود تذكير الوفود بأنه يتعين إصدار وثائق التفويض لجميع ممثلي البلدان المصدقة على الاتفاقية وأسماء الممثلين المناوبين والمستشارين، وفقا للمادة 3 من مشروع النظام الداخلي المؤقت (الوثيقة CTBT-Art.XIV/2001/2).

The credentials of representatives of ratifiers and the names of alternate representatives and advisers shall be submitted to the Secretariat of the Conference, if possible not less than one week before the date fixed for the opening of the Conference.
تُقدَّم وثائق تفويض ممثِّلي الدول المصدِّقة وأسماء الممثِّلين المناوبين والمستشارين إلى أمانة المؤتمر قبل أسبوع على الأقل من الموعد المحدَّد لافتتاح المؤتمر، إن أمكن ذلك.

Subject to Article XIV of the Treaty, these rules of procedure may be amended by a decision by a majority of ratifiers present and voting.
رهناً بالمادة الرابعة عشرة من المعاهدة، يجوز تعديل هذا النظام الداخلي بقرار يُتَّخذ بأغلبية الدول المصدِّقة الحاضرة والمصوِّتة.

The reliable performance of the international monitoring system and the practical development of other aspects of the verification regime, as well as the example of a still growing number of ratifiers, should help them make a positive decision.
