(1) The question of objections with " super-maximum " effect whereby the author of the objection affirms that the treaty enters into force in its relations with the author of the reservation without the latter being able to benefit from its reservation, which is much more controversial than that of reservations with intermediate effect, can also be resolved logically by applying the principle of mutual consent.
