42. Recalling that other Main Committees had tended in recent years to interfere in administrative and budgetary questions, thereby creating a certain amount of confusion, the Ugandan delegation urged the other Committees to adhere to the provisions of section VI of General Assembly resolution 45/248 B.
٤٢ - وباﻹشارة إلى أن لجانا رئيسية أخرى قد نزعت في السنوات اﻷخيرة، إلى التدخل في مسائل اﻹدارة والميزانية، مما نتج عنه قدر من الالتباس، حث الوفد اﻷوغندي اللجان اﻷخرى على التقيد بأحكام الفرع السادس من قرار الجمعية العامة ٤٥/٢٤٨ باء.

29. He drew the Committee's attention to the provision of section VI of General Assembly resolution 45/248 B, which reaffirmed the responsibilities of the Fifth Committee and the Advisory Committee on Administrative and Budgetary Questions in administrative and budgetary matters.
29 - ووجَّه انتباه اللجنة إلى الحكم الوارد في الجزء السادس من قرار الجمعية العامة 45/248 باء، الذي أعاد تأكيد مسؤوليات اللجنة الخامسة واللجنة الاستشارية لشؤون الإدارة والميزانية بصدد المسائل المتعلقة بشؤون الإدارة والميزانية.

3. The Advisory Committee recalls that, pursuant to paragraphs 8 and 9 of section VI of General Assembly resolution 64/269, it previously concurred with the request for authorization to enter into commitments in an amount not to exceed $83,690,200 gross ($82,920,900 net) for the period from 25 April to 30 June 2013 to meet critical logistical and personnel requirements related to the establishment of MINUSMA.
3 - وتشير اللجنة الاستشارية إلى أنه، عملا بالفقرتين 8 و 9 من الجزء السادس من قرار الجمعية العامة 64/269، سبق لها أن وافقت على طلب للإذن بالدخول في التزامات بمبلغ لا يتجاوز إجماليه 200 690 83 دولار (صافيه 900 920 82 دولار) للفترة من 25 نيسان/أبريل إلى 30 حزيران/يونيه 2013 من أجل تلبية الاحتياجات اللوجستية والبشرية الملحة المتصلة بإنشاء البعثة المتكاملة.

He informed the Committee that draft resolution A/C.3/58/L.20 contained no programme budget implications and that consideration by the Committee of paragraph 18 of the draft resolution was in contravention of paragraph 2 of section VI of General Assembly resolution 45/248.

٩ - وتشير اللجنة الاستشارية إلى أنه سبق لها، عملا بالفقرة 8 من الجزء السادس من قرار الجمعية العامة 64/269، أن وافقت على طلب للإذن بالدخول في التزامات بمبلغ لا يتجاوز إجماليه ٠٠٠ ٥٥٢ ٥٩ دولار (صافيه ١٠٠ ٩٣٠ ٥٨ دولار) للفترة من ١٠ نيسان/أبريل إلى 30 حزيران/يونيه ٢٠١٤ من أجل تلبية الاحتياجات الفورية من الموارد اللازمة للبعثة.
