272 - وإذ تشير اللجنة الخاصة إلى الفقرة 6 من الجزء الحادي عشر من قرار الجمعية العامة 59/296، فإنّها تطلب إلى الأمين العام أن يولي، وفقا للنظامين الإداري والأساسي للموظفين، الاهتمام الواجب لمسألة الاستعانة بالموظفين الوطنيين على نطاق أوسع في عمليات حفظ السلام وأثرها على العلاقات مع البلد المضيف.

299. 22. In paragraph 44 (b) of section XI of its resolution 59/276, the General Assembly requested an assessment of the impact of implementing the global access control system on human resources requirements in the area of safety and security.
22 - طلبت الجمعية العامة، في الفقرة 44 (ب) من الجزء الحادي عشر من القرار 59/276، إجراء تقييم للآثار المترتبة على تنفيذ النظام العالمي لمراقبة الدخول في الاحتياجات من الموارد البشرية في مجال السلامة والأمن.

23. In paragraph 44 (d) of section XI of its resolution 59/276, the General Assembly requested the Secretary-General to report on the implications of the global access control system for the capital master plan.
23 - طلبت الجمعية العامة، في الفقرة 44 (د) من الجزء الحادي عشر من القرار 59/276، تقديم تقرير عن الآثار المترتبة في المخطط العام لتجديد مباني المقر على النظام العالمي لمراقبة الدخول.

He proposed that paragraph 6 of section XI of the draft, on the subject of " United States Virgin Islands " , should be replaced by the following wording:
