١٥ - تطلب إلى المجتمع الدولي أن ينظر في دعم إنشاء مناطق اقتصادية خاصة وممرات إنمائية داخل منطقة الجماعة اﻹنمائية، بمشاركة نشطة من القطاع الخاص، مع الاعتراف بما تتحمله البلدان المعنية من مسؤوليات وبجهودها الجارية فيما يختص بتهيئة البيئة اللازمة، بما فيها اﻹطار القانوني والاقتصادي المناسب لهذه اﻷنشطة؛

18. Calls upon the international community, in this regard, to support the creation of special economic zones and development corridors in the States members of the Community, with the active participation of the private sector, while recognizing the responsibilities and the ongoing efforts of the countries concerned to create the necessary environment, including the appropriate legal and economic framework for such activities;
18 - تهيب بالمجتمع الدولي أن يدعم، في هذا الصدد، إنشاء مناطق اقتصادية خاصة وممرات إنمائية في الدول الأعضاء في الجماعة الإنمائية، بمشاركة نشطة من القطاع الخاص، مع الاعتراف بما تتحمله البلدان المعنية من مسؤوليات وبجهودها الجارية فيما يختص بتهيئة البيئة اللازمة، بما فيها الإطار القانوني والاقتصادي المناسب لمثل هذه الأنشطة؛

4 - ترحب أيضا بالجهود التي تبذلها حكومة الإقليم لتنفيذ السياسات المتعلقة بإدارة القطاع المالي والمبادرات المضطلع بها في مجال السياحة الطبية والرياضية والبرامج التي تهدف إلى التخفيف من حدة البطالة في مختلف القطاعات الاقتصادية، بسبل منها إنشاء مناطق اقتصادية خاصة والتنويع الاقتصادي وإتاحة فرص العمل والاستثمار؛
