Article 22 of the Convention provides that the specialized agencies shall be entitled to be represented during the consideration of the implementation of such provisions of the Convention as fall within the scope of their activities and that the Committee may invite the specialized agencies to submit reports on the implementation of the Convention in those areas.
وتنص المادة 22 من الاتفاقية على حق الوكالات المتخصصة في أن تمثل أثناء النظر في تنفيذ ما يقع في نطاق أنشطتها من أحكام الاتفاقية كما تجيز للجنة أن تدعو الوكالات المتخصصة إلى تقديم تقارير عن تنفيذ الاتفاقية في تلك المجالات.

39. Article 45 of the Convention on the Rights of the Child provides that specialized agencies, UNICEF and other United Nations organs shall be entitled to be represented at the consideration of the implementation of such provisions of the Convention as fall within the scope of their mandate.
٣٩ - تنص المادة ٤٥ من اتفاقية حقوق الطفل على أنه يحق للوكالات المتخصصة، واليونيسيف وغيرها من أجهزة اﻷمم المتحدة أن تكون ممثلة لدى النظر في تنفيذ ما يدخل في نطاق ولايتها من أحكام الاتفاقية.

1. In conformity with article 38 of the Convention, representatives of specialized agencies and other United Nations organs may be represented at the consideration of the implementation of such provisions of the Convention as fall within the scope of their mandate.
1- يحق للوكالات المتخصصة وأجهزة الأمم المتحدة الأخرى، وفقاً للمادة 38 من الاتفاقية، أن تكون ممثلة عند النظر في تنفيذ ما يدخل في نطاق ولايتها من أحكام الاتفاقية.
