2. To reaffirm Doha summit resolution 580 of 26 March 2013, Ministerial Council resolution 7595 of 6 March 2013; and to welcome the holding of the seat of the Syrian Arab Republic in the League of Arab States by the National Coalition of Syrian Revolution and Opposition Forces and to recognize the coalition as the legitimate, sole representative of the Syrian people.
2 - التأكيد مجدداً على قرار قمة الدوحة رقم 580 بتاريخ 26/3/2013 وقرار المجلس الوزاري رقم 7595 بتاريخ 6/3/2013 وما نصا عليه بشأن الترحيب بشغل الائتلاف الوطني لقوى الثورة والمعارضة السورية مقعد الجمهورية العربية السورية في جامعة الدول العربية، والاعتراف به ممثلاً شرعياً وحيداً للشعب السوري*.

5. That such participation shall not result in any legal obligations for the headquarters state, and that Arab Republic of Egypt and the National Coalition of Syrian Revolution and Opposition Forces shall examine whether privileges and facilities may be granted to the representatives of the National Coalition of Syrian Revolution and Opposition Forces.
