Each Annex I Party shall ensure that its net acquisitions of tRMUs do not exceed the limits set out in paragraph 14 of the annex to draft decision -/CMP.1 (Land use, land-use change and forestry).
60- يضمن كل طرف مدرج في المرفق الأول أن صافي حيازاته من وحدات الإزالة لا يتعدى الحدود التي وضعت في الفقرة 14 من المرفق بمشروع المقرر -/م أإ-1 (استخدام الأراضي وتغيير استخدام الأراضي والحراجة).

Recalling decisions 23/CP.7, in particular paragraph 9 of the annex to draft decision -/CMP (Guidelines for review under Article 8 of the Kyoto Protocol) attached to that decision, 12/CP.9 and 21/CP.9,

For the purpose of accounting as required in paragraph 18 of the annex to draft decision -/CMP.1 (Land use, land-use change and forestry) attached to decision 11/CP.7, an indication of the year of the onset of an activity, if after 2008.

4. Under the terms of paragraphs 29 (a), (b), (c), (f), (g), (i), (j), (l), (m) and (n) of the annex to draft resolution A/68/L.56, the General Assembly would:

If a Party has chosen not to account for a given carbon pool, an adjustment for this pool should not be applied for reasons of incompleteness as long as the Party has demonstrated, in accordance with paragraph 21 of the annex to draft decision -/CMP.1 (Land use, land-use change and forestry) attached to decision 11/CP.7, that the pool in question is not a source of emissions.
66- إذا اختار طرف ما عدم حساب مجمَّع كربون معيَّن، يجب ألاّ يطبَّق تعديل لهذا المخزون بسبب النقصان طالما أثبت الطرف المعني، وفقاً للفقرة 21 من مرفق مشروع المقرر -/م أإ-1 (استخدام الأرض والتغيير واستخدام الأرض، والحراجة) المرفق بالمقرر 11/م أ-7، أن المجمع المعني ليس مصدر انبعاثات.

Each Annex I Party shall ensure that its net acquisitions of rCERs do not exceed the limits established for that Party as set out in paragraph 14 of the annex to draft decision -/CMP.1 (Land use, land-use change and forestry).
48- كل طرف مدرج في المرفق الأول سيضمن أن صافي مقتنياته من وحدات خفض الانبعاثات المعتمدة لا يتجاوز الحدود الموضوعة لهذا الطرف كما هو منصوص عليه في الفقرة 14 من مرفق مشروع المقرر -/م أإ-1 (استخدام الأراضي، وتغيير استخدام الأراضي والحراجة).

A tRMU may not be transferred to cancellation accounts of Annex I Parties referred to in paragraph 12 (d) and (e) of the annex to draft decision -/CMP.1 (Modalities for the accounting of assigned amounts).
63- ويجوز عدم تحويل أي وحدة إزالة لحسابات الإلغاء المتعلقة بالأطراف المدرجة في المرفق الأول والمشار إليها في الفقرة 12(د) و(ه) من المرفق بمشروع القرار -/م أإ-1 (طرائق المحاسبة المتعلقة بالكميات المخصصة).

In its report to the secretariat upon expiration of the additional period for fulfilling commitments referred to in paragraph 49 of the annex to draft decision -/CMP.1 (Modalities for accounting of assigned amounts), each Annex I Party shall include information on:
