It made specific reference to Sections 57, 69, 71, 116A, and 117(1) of the Penal Code, as well as the State Security Act of 1969, Section 9 of the Anti-Terrorism Act of 2007 and Section 19 of the National Assembly Act.

والجدير بالإشارة أن ما أثارته اللجنة المعنية بحقوق الإنسان بخصوص تطبيق قانون الإرهاب بأثر رجعي جاء بصفة العموم ولم تشر اللجنة إلى القضايا التي طبق فيها القانون المذكور بأثر رجعي.
