A regional consultative meeting on combating human trafficking was organized in Qatar in cooperation between OHCHR and the Qatar Foundation for Combating Human Trafficking, which aimed to further the implementation of the Arab Initiative to build national capacities to combat human trafficking.
ونُظم اجتماع تشاوري في قطر عن مكافحة الاتجار بالبشر بالتعاون بين المفوضية والمؤسسة القَطرية لمكافحة الاتجار بالبشر، وهو يرمي إلى مواصلة تنفيذ المبادرة العربية لبناء القدرات الوطنية لمكافحة الاتجار بالبشر.

7. To request the Secretary General to name a special delegation to follow up the proposed political process as part of the Arab Initiative, in accordance with paragraph 5 of resolution 7444, which was adopted by the Council of the League at its resumed extraordinary session of 22 January 2012.
7 - الطلب إلى الأمين العام تسمية المبعوث الخاص لمتابعة العملية السياسية المقترحة في إطار المبادرة العربية وفقاً للفقرة الخامسة من قرار مجلس الجامعة على المستوى الوزاري رقم 7444 د.غ.ع.م بتاريخ 22 كانون الثاني/يناير 2012.

On this basis, the Arab leaders reaffirm that the optimum solution for preventing the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction in the region is to pursue a comprehensive regional approach through adoption by the international community of the Arab Initiative which has, for several years, called for the Middle East to be a region free from weapons of mass destruction, principally nuclear weapons.
ومن هذا المنطلق يعيد القادة العرب تأكيدهم على أن الحل الأمثل لمنع انتشار أسلحة الدمار الشامل في المنطقة هو إتباع المعالجة الإقليمية الشاملة من خلال تبني المجتمع الدولي للمبادرة العربية التي تنادي منذ سنوات بجعل الشرق الأوسط منطقة خالية من أسلحة الدمار الشامل وفي مقدمتها الأسلحة النووية.

Based on the foregoing, the Arab leaders affirm that the best solution for preventing the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction in the region is to follow a comprehensive regional approach through adoption by the international community of the Arab Initiative that has for years called for making the Middle East a zone free of weapons of mass destruction, above all nuclear weapons.
ومن هذا المنطلق يعيد القادة العرب تأكيدهم على أن الحـل الأمثل لمنع انتشار أسلحة الدمار الشامل في المنطقة هو اتباع المعالجة الإقليمية الشاملة من خلال تبني المجتمع الدولي للمبادرة العربية التي تنادي منذ سنوات بجعل الشرق الأوسط منطقة خالية من أسلحة الدمار الشامل وفي مقدمتها الأسلحة النووية.
