وكما يتضح من الوقائع المذكورة أعلاه، فإن أعمال القوات المسلحة اﻷرمنية تتنافى تماما مع مقرر مجلس اﻷمن المعرب عنه في القرار ٨٢٢ )١٩٩٣( وتهدف هذه اﻷعمال إلى إفشال جهود المجتمع الدولي للتوصل الى تسوية سلمية للنزاع.
