والحال أن أسرة بوزيد مزين أخطرت السلطات المختصة مراراً باختفائه، لكن الدولة الطرف لم تجر أي تحقيق معمّق ودقيق بشأن اختفاء شقيق صاحب البلاغ رغم أن الأمر يتعلق بمزاعم خطيرة متصلة بالاختفاء القسري.

Every attempt by the family to inquire about the fate of the author's brother has been unsuccessful.
ولم تُفلح كل محاولات الأسرة للاستفسار عن مصير أخ صاحب البلاغ.

In addition, the State party had not denied that the disappearance and subsequent death of the author's brother was caused by individuals belonging to the Government's security forces.
وفضلاً عن ذلك، لم تُنكر الدولة الطرف أن اختفاء أخ صاحب البلاغ ومن ثم وفاته قد حدثا على أيدي أفراد ينتمون لقوات الأمن التابعة للدولة.

والحال أن أسرة بنعطية زروقي أخطرت السلطات المختصة مراراً وتكراراً باختفائه، لكن الدولة الطرف لم تجر أي تحقيق معمّق ودقيق بشأن اختفاء شقيق صاحب البلاغ رغم أن الأمر يتعلق بمزاعم خطيرة متصلة بالاختفاء القسري.

In the present case, the victim's family contacted the competent authorities, including the public prosecutor at the tribunal of Tiaret and the chief prosecutor at the court of Tiaret, regarding Benattia Zerrougui's disappearance, but all the steps taken have proved futile, and the State party has failed to conduct a thorough and effective investigation into the disappearance of the author's brother.
وفي هذه الحالة، أخطرت أسرة الضحية السلطات المختصة باختفاء بنعطية زروقي، لا سيما وكيل الجمهورية لدى محكمة تيارت والمدعي العام لدى مجلس قضاء تيارت، لكن جميع مساعيها باءت بالفشل، وتقاعست الدولة الطرف عن إجراء تحقيق معمّق وفعال في قضية اختفاء شقيق صاحب البلاغ.

In the current case, although the victim's family repeatedly contacted the competent authorities regarding Bouzid Mezine's disappearance, including judicial authorities such as the public prosecutor, all their efforts led to nothing, or even proved dissuasive, and the State party failed to conduct a thorough and effective investigation into the disappearance of the author's brother.
وفي هذه الحالة، أخطرت أسرة الضحية السلطات المختصة عدة مرات باختفاء بوزيد مزين، سيما السلطات القضائية مثل وكيل الجمهورية، إلا أن جميع الخطوات التي اتخذتها أسرة الضحية باءت بالفشل بل كانت مثبّطة، وأن الدولة الطرف لم تجر أي تحقيق شامل ودقيق في قضية اختفاء شقيق صاحب البلاغ.
