2- يجوز أن يواصل الرئيس وأعضاء المكتب والمقررين أداء الواجبات المنوطة بهم حتى اليوم السابق على أول جلسة تعقدها اللجنة، المؤلفة من أعضائها الجدد، التي تنتخب فيها أعضاء مكتبها.
